By installing or using Tabwell ("the Extension"), you agree to these terms.
License
Tabwell is licensed under AGPL-3.0-or-later. You may use, modify, and redistribute it under those terms. See LICENSE in the source repository.
No warranty
The Extension is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do our best to prevent data loss, but you should periodically export your snapshots as backup.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Extension to violate other people's privacy or break the law. Tabwell is a personal productivity tool.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to data loss.
Pro features (future)
When Tabwell Pro launches, additional terms (subscription, refunds, billing) will apply to those features. The free Extension remains free under these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the changelog and an in-extension banner.
